Meet Molly

Certified Nutritional Therapist & Mindfulness Coach

As a Nutritional Therapist working with clients across the UK and Europe, I have helped individuals learn how to navigate chronic illness, embody balance, and nourish themselves back to health, when they didn’t think it was possible.

 

Nutritional Therapy is about much more than eating the "right diet". Using the Functional Medicine approach, we assess your genetics, health history, seemingly random and unrelated symptoms, mindset, and environment, through in-depth questionnaires, and functional testing. From there we formulate a Diet and Lifestyle plan together that is tailor-made for you. 

 

I studied for 4 years at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, and in 2021 I attained a Masters degree in Mindfulness and Compassion from the University of Coventry, where I explored the significance of the mind-body connection. I’m a member of BANT, which means that I undertake continuous postgraduate training, as part of my commitment to best serving and supporting my clients.
