Self-Compassion Training

Self-Compassion:
A Practice To Improve Client Outcomes

My name is Molly and I am a Certified Nutritional Therapist. In 2021, I attained a Masters degree in Mindfulness and Compassion, and it transformed the way I practice nutritional therapy.

One of my clients describes the impact of combining these practices beautifully in her testimonial: "My health; physical, emotional and mental has benefitted beyond words as has that of my relationships and my family.

Seeing the power of self-compassion on the health and lives of my clients inspired me to share this knowledge with other complementary healthcare professionals, with a simple mission to provide people with the tools to take care of themselves and improve client outcomes.
